My own phalsa cooler
Ingredients

  • 1/2 Kg Phalsas (Indian purple berry)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • Method
    Add sugar to water > boil it > let it cool > add washed berries > leave it soaked for 4-5 hrs > churn it in a blender > strain it > add ice and water
    voila! your phalsa cooler is ready!!
